The property is excellent; very spacious (with nice balcony), secure, comfortable, clean and has comprehensive amenities. It is located within ~5 mins walking distance from Nice train station and the tourist information centre which is very handy especially if you plan to visit other cities such Canns and Monaco during your trip. Walking to seafront is 15-20 mins. The owner is very helpful and flexible. If there is one improvement I would like to see is providing a Wi Fi for visitors who want to stay connected- but no big problem as Wi Fi is available in many Cafés and restaurants. Overall, the property provides high value for money

Enjoyed every minute of our stay in NIce. The apartment was well maintained, clean and very comfortable. The owner was great to deal with giving plenty of information and helpful tips which made our stay very enjoyable.
